Using PROACT Knowledge Management Templates

We all learn from experience. Some of the most successful RCA programs are those which effectively capture and capitalize on workforce experience to determine the root cause of a problem. However, many organizations are failing to capture critical workforce knowledge and experience from older employees facing retirement, and few organizations are transferring that knowledge to newer employees. RCI’s Logic Tree Knowledge Templates, now available within the PROACT Suite, are bridging the growing institutional knowledge gap, while helping users to hone their own logic skills necessary to solve equipment, process and human-related failures impacting the safety, reliability and production of a company.
