Students are encouraged to bring in an actual recurring problem they may be experiencing at their facility. That data will be analyzed during class using RCI's PROACT® methodology and patented PROACT® RCA software. This is a great way to see in "real time" how PROACT works and can potentially solve any undesirable event.

Your training experience begins with RCI's modified version of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). This is a verified method of teaching you to identify the events that are creating the most setbacks in your organization.

You will then learn how to form a capable team of experts which can include co-workers and vendors. These folks will organize the analysis.

Then you come to one of the most popular sections of our PROACT RCA Methods training which is the building of the Logic Tree. Our students like this section the best! You will learn how to use RCI’s exclusive "PROACT® Logic Tree Approach" to get to a problem’s "actual" root causes. You will learn techniques very much like the ones real detectives use when solving a crime.

Your analytical skills will bring you to the problem's "real" root causes. All the way down to the administrative or latent roots. The causes are determined by the hard facts and data you collect. You will learn why NOT to witch hunt or blame.

Another very important facet of your analysis is documentation. You learn what to document and how to document all of your findings and how to present them to management for approval. The PROACT software has built in report templates for your convenience saving you valuable time.
