Carlos comes to RCI with over 25 years of sales, sales management and business development experience, including 15 years in the international arena. In addition to his background and training at well-known technology multi-nationals, AT&T and Telcordia Technologies, Carlos has launched several start-up technology companies in both the United States and Brazil.
Carlos was born in Cardenas, Cuba. He holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. After residing in São Paulo, Brazil for 10 years, he returned to the United States and lives in Richmond, Va. with his wife and son.
