You should have your confirmation of purchase email shortly. At the same time, your Support Technician will be engaging your private LiveMeeting® Session. Please await the arrival of your Session email that will include instructions, links and the secure key download engine.

STEP 1.
Your Email from RCI will contain the link to our LiveMeet® Home Page.

Click here to go there now

On the Left menu location you will see
Meet and Join Meeting. You will click Join Meeting

.
STEP 2.
After clicking Join Meeting
, you will prompted to download the Secure Key Engine. Click Save, and save it to your Desktop -
Double click it to run or
click Run and Run the Engine.


STEP 3.

Once you have successfully run the Secure Key Engine, you will be delivered to the LiveMeet® Welcome Screen.

Here you will enter your Meeting ID as seen in your Join Meeting Email that came after your initial purchase.

Click Join.
Click Continue

You are now in your private LiveMeeting with RCI Tech Support.

 

To Share your Browser: Once inside, click Content in the upper left menu, select share application and select PROACT via Browser. This will enable our support to see your Console.
