Reliability
Center, Inc. was established in 1972 as a Research & Development
arm of a major U.S. corporation.
In 1985, RCI became an independent
corporation under the direction of founder, Charles J. Latino, whose goal is to spread the
reliability message to companies all over the world.

International
Training:
Carlos Oti International Sales Manager. Carlos is responsible
for managing RCI's existing international sales channels, developing
new channel strategy for targeted regions, and marketing RCI's
solutions world-wide.
Carlos comes to RCI with
over 20 years of sales, sales management and business development
experience, including 12 years in the international arena. In
addition to his background and training at well-known technology
multi-nationals, AT&T and Telcordia
Technologies, Carlos has launched several start-up
technology companies in both the United States
and Brazil.
Carlos was born in Cardenas, Cuba and lived there
until 1968. He holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Latin American
Studies from the University of Virginia, and he is fluent in English,
Spanish, and Portuguese. Carlos lives in Richmond, Va. after living
in Sao Paulo, Brazil for 10 years.
