"Working for RCI has given me the feeling that I am not just working for a family but am a part of this family also. The size and supportiveness of the company has made it possible for all of us to have great benefits and the flexibility I need for my family. The familiarity and relationships that foster in this company would most certainly be lost in a large corporation."
