pretty common for a group to start brainstorming and

could eliminate a lot of work. I also got a lot out of the part
on developing the Top Box. Another good bit was the fact there will
never be "A" root
cause; it will be a bunch of causes--the holes
in the cheese lined up. I know people here
expect to hear THE reason for an event, and it will take some
education from me to help them realize it will
be a combination of reasons, not just one.
