Reliability
Center, Inc. works with clients in three main areas:
Process, Equipment, and Human Reliability. It does this through
a wide range of services, seminars, and knowledge transfers --
both on client sites as well as RCI's Conference Center in Hopewell,
Virginia -- designed to challenge self-limiting paradigms and
help clients increase Patient Safety and Reliability with a minimum
capital outlay.
We would like
to thank our Clientele for allowing us the privilege of providing
our Reliability solutions:
- Loyola University Medical Center (Chicago, IL),
- PeaceHealth
(Portland, OR),
- Union Memorial Hospital (Baltimore,
MD),
- Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center (Richmond,
VA),
- Magee Rehab (Philadelphia, PA),

Challenging The Limits®
RCI takes a holistic, systems approach to a company's processes
and operations using their exclusive
PROACT® Performance Process.
|
The Center's staff and strategic
partners -- recognized experts from around
the nation -- study client processes and systems
to understand how the various parts work together.
Every interaction between RCI and its clients is designed to
be a learning and growth experience. Ultimately, the goal is
to produce the paradigm shifts necessary to challenge the limits
of mediocrity and help organizations thrive in an increasingly
competitive global marketplace.
Reliability
Center, Inc. was established in 1972 as a Research & Development
arm of a major U.S. corporation.
In 1985, RCI became an independent
corporation under the direction of founder, Charles J. Latino, whose goal is to spread the
reliability message to companies all over the world. |

RCI
will continue to guide our clients through the minefield of
traditional thinking and apathy. We have shown our clients,
those that have the necessary prerequisites of leadership and
courage, the path to truly unbelievable rewards. We will continue
to demonstrate that returns in excess of 500% and even 1000%
are available for those business leaders that can see a new
way into the future.

Facilitations &
Training:
|
Only 20%
of any new learning is ever applied
in the workplace. This is a sad statistic
and a very expensive lesson for those
that invest the time and money to put on and attend such
training. We should place higher expectations on our training
dollars and set goals for those that will attend. These
should be quantitative goals that are measured and monitored
via key milestones.
Reliability Center, Inc. (RCI) is not merely
interested in just conducting training
sessions and then leaving the client
on their own. RCI has a vested interest
in the success of those that attend their
workshops. RCI will work with their clients
on setting the expectations for such training, designing
measurement systems for success and assisting the clients
with implementing the learning to ensure the successes occur.
While the classroom training is the knowledge transfer portion
of the learning, the application in the workplace of the
new learning is the skill portion. In order to be successful,
both the knowledge and skill transfer must occur. In a healthcare
setting, this can mean the difference between life and death
so these critical skills must be properly and immediately
applied in the name of patient safety. |
